Forest Reiki® is a natural continuation of the original 14th century Reiki and its modern iteration brought to us by Master Mikao Usui: the strength and power of the Forest for a modern heart anchored in the deep sacredness of the nature that surrounds us.

Since its re-discovery by Sensei Mikao Usui, Reiki has taken many paths through modernity. And like everything and every practice, it cannot survive without being influenced by the exchanges, touches and sensitivities to which it is exposed as a practice. Consequently, the different schools of thought and practice around Reiki are not a sign of human dissolution or takeover, but rather a healthy way of examining what has been learned.

This is how Forest Reiki® came into being a few years ago, through deep communication with the natural world and a situation of great need. Then channelled into a simple initiation by Michelle Wolff in the USA, and structured into a more guided teaching by Bettina Kreissl Lonfat, Heart of the Forest Reiki presents a simple and profound way for anyone to connect with the world of energy and energy healing. It’s a return to simple, accessible concepts, away from the battle of wits, without the appropriation of trendy concepts or mash up of cultures.

The course is designed to be accessible to anyone who wants to learn, and is curious enough to do so.

In the usual style of Teacher Bettina Kreissl Lonfat, training is based on a clear foundation of practice in relation to oneself and the outside world, without delicate positions or room for transgressions, but with a clear foundation in terms of ethical deontology and impeccable practices and postures for anyone practising and certified by her.
